These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between 18500 (www.18500.ws) and its users. By accessing 18500's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

18500 is an internationally licensed online betting platform built specifically for bettors in Bangladesh. We offer betting on cricket, football, and 30+ other sports.

18500 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with 18500, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older — this is a mandatory requirement.
• An active Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
• Each person may hold a maximum of one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Registering an account under someone else's name or identity is not permitted.

Verification Process

For large withdrawals made for the first time, 18500 reserves the right to verify your identity. In such cases, you may be asked to submit a copy of your NID card, birth certificate, or passport. This is a standard security measure — in place entirely for your protection.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. 18500 is not liable for any consequences arising from granting others access to your account. If you lose your password, contact support immediately.

The following payment methods are currently accepted at 18500:

• No additional fees are charged on deposits.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once confirmed in your account.
• Deposits made through third parties will be rejected.
• The source of deposits must be legitimate — funds from suspicious sources are not accepted.

18500 is committed to processing withdrawals on time. Follow the conditions below to ensure a smooth, hassle-free withdrawal experience:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (unlimited for VIP members).
• Processing time: 5–15 minutes (for verified accounts).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.

General Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on 18500:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• The odds displayed in the betting market are final — verbal commitments are not accepted.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 18500 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• All bets placed before or after a match begins will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• The maximum stake per bet may vary depending on the event.

Match Cancellation or Suspension

If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that match will be void and stakes fully refunded. If a match is abandoned mid-way, settlement will follow 18500's sports rules. In cricket, bets are generally considered valid once a specified number of overs have been completed.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. If your internet connection drops but the bet has already been confirmed, it remains valid.

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers at 18500:

• Welcome Bonus Available on first deposit only — one time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from a bonus.
• A minimum odds of 1.50 is required to qualify for wagering.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once the bonus period expires.
• 18500 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 18500 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Bonus Abuse — using multiple accounts strategically to claim bonuses.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Running fraudulent operations using the 18500 name.

18500 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms and conditions violations.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may request account closure at any time — it is your right. Please ensure your balance is cleared before closing. Any valid unused balance will be refunded.

18500 firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We genuinely care about the mental and financial well-being of every member.

What we offer:

• Deposit limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet limit: Set your own maximum stake limit per bet.
• Time limit: Set a daily limit on how much time you spend on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for 7 days, 30 days, or permanently.
• Reality check: You will receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.

If you believe a bet outcome or payment has been handled unfairly, please follow the process below:

• Step One: Submit a complaint via live chat or at support@18500.ws. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
• Step Two: If your issue is not resolved within 24 hours, please escalate it to our senior review team.
• Step Three: If you are not satisfied with the senior team's decision, you may seek assistance from an independent mediator.

Dispute Deadline: All complaints regarding a match or transaction must be submitted within 72 hours. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

18500 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via SMS or email at least 7 days in advance.
